Reynolds President physician Gary Rhodes, who likewise serves equally Chair of the Leadership Council for Smart Beginnings of Greater Richmond, welcomed the grouping to Richmond in addition to stressed the importance of a practiced foundation inwards early on childhood education.

The Virginia Early Childhood Foundation (VECF) created the Smart Beginnings Leader Institute to engage, educate, in addition to enrich the capacity of leaders across the state to advance schoolhouse readiness for Virginia’s children.
