Remembering Nebraska's Bathroom F. Kennedy College

The Omaha World-Herald reprinted an interesting article this calendar week that originally appeared inwards the newspaper inwards 2003, "Nebraska's Kennedy College survived only 10 years but was a pioneer too powerhouse inwards women's sports."  David Harding, the article's author, indicates that the establishment briefly too successfully provided opportunities for woman somebody educatee athletes.

A previous post provides links to an alumni spider web site too to a greater extent than or less other article on the college.  John F. Kennedy College operated from from 1965-1975 inwards Wahoo, NE. Kennedy College occupied the campus that was previously the abode of Luther Junior College founded inwards 1883. Luther merged amongst Midland College (Fremont, Nebraska) inwards 1962 too the advert was changed to Midland Lutheran College, straightaway Midland University.
